Joe "THE SHOW" Cronin wins in KING of the Cage Canada for MMA MAFIA/AZ DEFENSE ACADEMY on Friday night, November 18th, 2011 in Edmonton Alberta Canada. What turned out to be a brutal fight for both fighters--Joe "THE SHOW" Cronin battled with KOTCC Middleweight Champion Elmer "WARRIOR" Waterhen in a non title bout that saw both fighters landing vicious blows. However--midway thru the 2nd round---Joe landed a series of left hooks that wobbled Elmer--leading to a ground and pound clinic then proceeding to an excruciating 3/4 Nelson submission with Elmer tapping out at 2:40 seconds of the 2nd round. Damage was done by both sides in this fight of veterans as Joe sustained several damaging kicks from Elmer and Elmer sustained several damaging blows from Joe's strikes..--a REMATCH will probably happen in a Superfight so CONGRATULATIONS JOE--you show just how much heart you have and how tough of a fighter you are---as this was a WAR!

The two men touch gloves and Sparks lands the first punch. Prindle backs off and gets his hands up. They stare at each other a bit and Prindle lands two low kicks. Sparks lands a leg kick and drops his hands. Prindle hammers home a left hook which sends Sparks falling head first to the mat. Prindle follows him to the floor and lands two follow up shots. Prindle wins by knockout.

Summary
Sparks landed the first punch but left himself wide open when he delivered a leg kick and dropped his hands infront of Prindle. The result was a big left hook from Prindle and a knockout win in just 40 seconds. Prindle will advance to the Bellator Heavyweight Tournament Finals.

BLACK BELT PROMOTIONS for GSW TAEKWONDO Instructors at AZ DEFENSE ACADEMY

On tuesday, September 6th--GSW Martial Arts Taekwondo Instructors Shannon Wilhelm and Frank Francis were each promtoted to a higher DAN after a rigorous Black Belt test. With the "WORLD WIDE MARTIAL ARTS" (WMMF) 6th Dan Master Jeff Nelson presiding--and youth Black Belt "JJ" as administrator----Shannon Wilhelm was promoted from 2nd Dan to 3rd Dan and Frank Francis was promoted from 1st Dan to 2nd Dan. Presiding Black Belt Judges of the event were Master Jeff Nelson, Shihan Chief J, Master Heaton, and Master Wilson. Congratulations on all the hard work and well deserved efforts!!

Chris "THE WARRIOR" Aguilar wins his MMA debut fight by Reverse Guillotine in the 2nd round against a heavy hitting opponent Tino Tarango sauturday night in Coolidge. The promotion hosting the fights was Shannon "THE CANNON" Ritch's Proving Ground event--where in the 2nd fight of the night--the USMC Devil Dog Chris-successfully tied up and outfought a much heavier opponent and finally slipped in a REVERSE GUILLOTINE early in the 2nd round forcing his Tarango to TAP OUT! Chris followed his corners gameplan and the result was a hard fought VICTORY--CONGRATS CHRIS--way to show a HEART of a WARRIOR!

After an extensive training regiment--USMC Chris Aguilar passed the BLUE BELT requirements-allowing him to be promoted from Green Belt to Blue Belt. The final test was on Monday, April 18th, 2011 and required Chris to survive 2 hours of torturous skill testing.
